- Designed AWS integration patterns: API Gateway and Lambda, S3/SFTP exchange, Kafka streaming, and Snowflake/Oracle ingestion pipelines.
- Defined identity architecture with Keycloak and PingFederate; advised on Salesforce and Contentful as part of platform modernisation.
